Welcome to the website for the Florida Gulf Coast Golden Retriever Club.
Our club was formed out of the desire of several Tampa Bay area Golden Retriever Enthusiasts to have a club in our immediate area to be more involved with. We are excited and look forward to being a new and different club! Please, take a look around, see what we have to offer. We would love to see you at some upcoming club events! We have some wonderful seminars, fun days and matches planned. All prospective members are encouraged to attend a meeting and we hope you will come away as excited about our club as we are! We are a member driven and oriented club that strives to embrace and educate those owners and breeders dedicated to the purebred Golden Retriever. We believe the Golden is a multi-purpose dog and we strive to offer activities for all venues in which they participate. It is our purpose to encourage our members to perfect through selection, breeding and training the type of dog most suitable in all respects for work as a companionable gun dog, and to do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of Golden Retrievers in every endeavor.
